My goal is to become an expert on your customer and brand, so that I can develop marketing copy that resonates with your target audience — and converts.

How it works

The benefit of working with a professional copywriter is that you can focus on your business, while I work diligently in the background to fulfill copy needs for your marketing campaigns. I’m here to save you time, and make you money.

Explore the process

This is the fun part, where you get to share everything about your brand. We’ll set up a discovery call and discuss:

  • – Brand voice and style guide
  • – Brand story and values
  • – Buyer personas
  • – Competitive differentiation
  • – Examples of work that you like and don’t like
  •  

…and more. If you don’t have all these details readily available, don’t worry — I’ll guide you through the process! (This step is only necessary for new clients.)

This is where we talk about the specific project at hand, and it will help me put together a quote.

  • – Who is our target audience?
  • – What is it that you’re trying to accomplish? What is the call to action? What metrics will we use to measure success?
  • – Across which marketing channels will this copy be launched? Do we have character or word count limitations?
  • – What are our deadlines?
  • – What SEO keywords are we targeting (if applicable)?

…and more. The more details we can nail down together, the better. Forget to mention something? I’m just an email away.

Once the project quote is approved, I go to work for you! Depending on the complexity of the project, I might share a sneak peek first to make sure we’re on the same page. I want you to feel completely confident in your deliverables, and this will give you the opportunity to share feedback on your brand voice. The number of revisions will vary, but I try to get it right the first time, so you can launch ASAP.

Besides that, you don’t have to do anything — you’ll hear from me on or before our agreed upon deadline date.
